- Large mixing bowl.
- 1 Cup finely chopped cabbage .
- 1/2 Cup grated carrot.
- Spring onion finely chopped.
- 1 Capsicum finely chopped.
- 8-10 Bean finely chopped .
- 4 tbsp Maida.
- 3 tbsp corn flour.
- 1 tbsp ginger paste.
- 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce.
- Sprinkle little water.
- First you collect all ingredient in large bowl, then mixed it. To form a dough like consistency.
- Greace your hand.
- Form small roundel, Do for all. Batch ready.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Drop 1 by 1. Fry in batches.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium flame. Do not turn very dark, Fired well.
- Remove and keep aside.
- Then heat 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 2 green chillies and Some spring onions whites.
- Saute on high flame.
- Lower the falme, Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, tbsp red chilly sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt and Mix.
- Then add cornflour water (2 tbsp corn mixed with 1/4 cup water). Cooking well.
- Add the fired balls, Toss well to coat.
- Add spring onion greens, Mixed well, Coated well.
Dry Manchurian is ready to be served!
